Who We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from young electrical engineers who are excited about the future of solar and who aren’t shy about getting in front of clients and talking about it.
This isn’t your typical engineering role. Yes, you’ll need to understand how solar systems work. But you’ll also be out there building relationships, presenting proposals, and helping clients understand the real value solar can deliver for their business. If you get fired up explaining why a well-managed solar system can save a business six figures over 25 years we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Some commercial instinct you enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid to sell an idea
• Curiosity, ambition, and a full UK driving licence

Experience in solar is a bonus, but not essential we care far more about attitude and potential.
